In this work you will be given the opportunity to gently approach your issues on the body level with your whole being so that you can learn to integrate or dissolve and recognize them.

This is something for you if you want to deal with your deeply rooted stories, if you have the feeling that you don't really live within yourself and if you want to live more freely and enjoyably.

All people who have been traumatized, be it through birth, infant development or later, through many issues we know, have learned mechanisms that have protected us in order to survive.

In order to live, you need a deeper insight and understanding of yourself and your world.

Esalen Massage®/Deepbody work - effective deep work in the fascia and muscle layers to locate, release and transform deep-seated blockages.
